当コンペティションでは、市⺠・地域・関係団体・企業と連携して、町家や空き家等の利活用を図る取り組みを進めてきました。 その一環として、町家に対する意識を高めるとともに、うまく利活用されることで、 魅力的な地域資源になりうることを知っていただくきっかけにするため、歴史ある町家の利活用の提案に関するコンペを開催してきました。

次回は２０２６年度開催に向け、準備中です。

新たな挑戦や運営体制の強化も行い、過去2回より内容を強化すべく、準備しております。

In this competition, we have been working with citizens, local communities, related organizations, and companies to promote the effective use of traditional townhouses and vacant houses. As part of this effort, we have held a competition for proposals on the effective use of historic townhouses in order to raise awareness of these buildings and show how they can be effectively utilized to become attractive local resources.

Preparations are currently underway for the next event, which will be held in fiscal year 2026.

We are also undertaking new challenges and strengthening our management structure, and are preparing to enhance the content of the event compared to the previous two editions.
